Beta access
- TaxBeacon AI is currently offered as a beta product. Access, features, limits, pricing, and availability may change while we test product quality, source coverage, and reliability.
- These terms are intended for the beta period and may be updated before wider public release.
No tax or legal advice
- TaxBeacon AI provides research assistance and draft outputs for professional review. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, source materials, assumptions, and conclusions before relying on them or sharing them with a client.
Professional responsibility
- If you are a CPA, lawyer, tax preparer, or other professional, you remain responsible for your client work, professional judgment, file documentation, and compliance with applicable standards.
Accuracy and source limitations
- TaxBeacon AI may retrieve, summarize, classify, or cite legislation, administrative guidance, court decisions, and commentary.
- Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or based on limited facts. You should independently verify cited sources and current law.
Usage limits
- Free-tier usage is limited to 10 research queries per month per account unless otherwise stated in your plan.
- We may apply rate limits, quota limits, or access restrictions to protect service reliability.
Client and confidential information
- Do not submit information unless you have the right to use it with TaxBeacon AI.
- During beta, avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information. You are responsible for anonymizing or minimizing client-identifying details where appropriate.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TaxBeacon AI to produce client-facing advice without your own independent review and sign-off.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that exceed its intended research use.
No warranty
- TaxBeacon AI is provided during beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete source coverage, or error-free outputs.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxBeacon AI and its operators are not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on beta outputs, unavailable service, incomplete research, or user-submitted information.
Changes
- We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of TaxBeacon AI after changes means you accept the updated terms.
